The challenge is set with this powerful trail located just one hour out of Perth, with a 22km guided hike along the famous Bibbulmun Track to the highest peak in the Darling Ranges.  The trail to Mt Cooke highlights typical Darling Scarp bushland of ghost gums, jarrah, and banksias, before revealing the elusive hidden cave just past the summit.

From mist-shrouded valleys, to giant boulders and expansive granite outcrops, the journey along this trail will be sure to impress and take your breath away with the challenging climbs and magnificent views.

MEETING POINT AND GETTING THERE:

The Sullivan Rock car park is about 1 hour from Perth and is on the south side of Albany Hwy. Directions will be sent to guests closer to the tour date. There are NO TOILETS at this carpark. 


HIKE GRADING:

This hike is a grade 4. This hike will test your fitness, endurance, and strength. With large climbs, and long distances, a good level of fitness is required for this hike.  See what the grades mean here. 


WHAT TO WEAR & BRING:

  • Bring plenty of water ( at least 3 litres per person)

  • Comfortable clothes and sturdy trainers or hiking boots. With the uneven gravel trail at times, good grip soles are advised.

  • If you have hiking sticks, please bring them ( although not essential!)

  • Personal First Aid kit 

  • Snacks / morning tea to enjoy at the peak.

  • Camera to snap some great photos fo your hike
